I never set out to become a furniture maker. What Idid see-day after day -was the overwhelming tide of plastic waste around us. Bottles, wrappers, discarded material. all designed to last for centuries, yet treated as disposable.

Being dyslexic, I've always looked at the world a little differently. Where most people saw "garbage," began to see a material with untapped potential-strong, versatile, and enduring. I asked myself a simple but powerful question:

What if plastic waste could be turned into something beautiful?

How can we showcase the true value of plastic, not as garbage, but as a possibility?

That question became the seed of Placyle - Sustainable Studio.

The name itself reflects our purpose:
• Pla for plastic
• Cyle symbolising doing something worthy for humanity.

The journey wasn't easy, machinery challenges, failed attempts, and endless trials-but each setback only strengthened my belief.

Today, Placyle is more than a brand. It's a statement-that design and sustainability can walk hand in hand. From benches for public spaces under our sub-brand Baithaki, to premium luxury outdoor furniture for homes and resorts under Placyle Sustainable Studio, every product carries the story of waste turned into worth.
