Assembly
- Ships flat-pack; typical assembly 10-15 minutes with basic tools (spanner).
- Fold-in legs for compact storage/shipping.
Care & Maintenance
- Wipe with a soft cloth/sponge and mild soap solution; rinse with water.
- Avoid abrasives, harsh solvents, or close-range pressure jets
- To minimise long-term fading, avoid leaving in constant, harsh direct sunlight; use shade or a breathable cover when not in use. Store cushions indoors or under cover when not in use.
- Rotate the bench position seasonally for even weathering
Warranty
- 2-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects (materials & workmanship).
- Does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear.
- Does not cover fabric mishaps
Shipping Policy
Shipping time is 7-10 days for lamp and 2-3 weeks for bench as each product is handcrafted once the order is placed.
